Day One of Regression
About me
I began my regression around Febuary 2020 (before lockdown) I was only 11 at the time (If you are wondering on how I remeber anything about this I have a notebook on what was said and happened and any major changes that happened in my life (my secret journel).
The first day of regression was the most nerve-racking experience in my life, began by walking into my parent's room (Jade, David) and they noticed that I was wearing a nappy and sucking on a pacifier I stood nervously trying to get the words out of my mouth.
"Did one of your brothers make you do this?" Jade Wondered
"N- No, I am a little," I explained to my parents nervously
"W-What do you mean a little?" My parents wondered
"Well, You know about my childhood trauma, I have found something that helps me from wanting to self-harm, I was wondering if you want to have a 2-year-old again?" I said nervously wanting to scream and jump out of a window
"What do you mean by 'Have a 2-year-old again" David Wondered (My Dad)
"Well, I regress to a 2-year-old, and was wondering if I could be a 2-year-old again (fully) " I said nervously
After two minutes of awkward silence them whispering to each other wondering what was happening, my mum said something that shocked me and changed the direction of my life for a long time.
"Well, Henry if you really think this is right for you, you can gladly do this, what do you need to be a 2-year-old again?" Jade wondered curiously
I was an 10-years-old at the time and I currently suffer from dwarfism (4'7), I got into the car and we drove down to Tescos, I was brought into the Tesco and was wearing shorts t-shirt, I took out my pacifier and embarrassed and Olivia brought around a shopping trolley, Olivia went down to the toddlers/young children aisle and Jade wondered
"What nappy size are you" Olivia wondered
"Size 4" I replied with embarrassment and looked around not wanting to be noticed
"So Henry what type of shows will you watch (bluey, paw patrol?)" Jade Wondered
"Paw Patrol" I said blushing awkardly
Jade grabbed a Monthly pack of Pampers what had paw patrol designs on them, I blushed, David walked off and I think went to John Lewis.
Olivia continued on buying baby products only buying stuff made for babies, Jade grabbed me a pack of two pacifiers what had cute designs on them, Jade also brought some other stuff like (baby powder, baby wipes, sippy cups, plastic plates, utensiels, bibs, chew toys)
Olivia went up to the second floor and I nervously followed behind her, Olivia found the baby and toddler section,
"Remeber Henry, you can only get stuff from the 12< and below" Jade Explained
"O- Oh Okay" I replied with realising why
I picked out some toys and found soft blanket, I put them in the shopping trolley, Jade grabbed a potty and a few other items that I needed, Jade went down the escaulator and paid for all of the items.
Jade wondered around and noticed that the car was missing, Jade wondering on where the car was called David (My Dad/Daddy). David pulled around the cornor carefully with a back fulled with toddlers room accessories, David drove home and we went inside, I sat on the couch awaiting my faith as a 2-year-old again.
2-hours later David and Jade brought me into my new toddler room what looked like this (example photo, that is what it kind off look liked)
I wondered around in my new room and I squilled in happiness, Jade explained to me on what my life will be kind of and how things will work (scheuele, activities, rules)

Jade grabbed a Paw Patrol themed nappy and pulled it up my legs, I wiggled around nervously, whilst Jade pulled my legs threw the pull-up pants, I was brought around in only my pull-up nappy.
"Family meeting" Jade said through the alexa
Francis and William walked into the living room wondering on what is going on, Francis smirked at me being in a paw patrol themed nappy. I blushed alot nervously.

"It may come to a suprise that Henry is wearing a nappy but he is going to be regressing to a 2-year-old, and I want both of you to treat him as you would to any 2-year-old, If I catch anyone of you bullying or being mean to your baby brother you will be grounded and punished" Jade explained
"Does anyone have any questions about this?" David wondered
"What is regressing?" Francis wondering smirking
"Regressing is where someone reverts to a younger mindstate and acts like a more babyish/toddlerish way" Jade Said replying confiendtly
"Mum, can I pick him up" William wondered curiously
"U- Uhh, Yes but you have to sit next to me," Jade replied with smiling
William walked over to me smiling and giggling, I nervously awited being picked up like a toddler would be by my younger (but now older) brother, I was picked up by my now older brother and he smiled,
"Well, also some new family rules will be emplaced since of your baby brother" Jade said smiling happily
- No swearing / offensive language
- No screaming / shouting
- No pinching / punching / kicking / hurting your baby brother
- No using loud voices past 6.00 P.M
"Okay, Mum" William replied with holding me on her laps
David walked into the kitchen and got out the food what was in the oven, I wondered and smelt pizza. David put them all onto plates on what I could see, I nervously began my first meal acting like a 2-year-old toddler,
Jade took me from William and Jade brought me to the kitchen (what also had the counter where we eated, Jade pulled of the highchair seat and sat me down in the seat, Olivia buckled with a strap into the high chair, I looked embarassed and blushed, Jade got on the baby table and gave me a sippy cup, Francis gave me a look like 'what are you doing'.
"Mum, You forgot Henrys bib" William said giving the bib what had Paw Patrol Themes
"Awhh thank you darling" Jade replied with calmly
Jade grabbed the bib and began putting it around my neck, I wiggled around and Jade used the Velcro and Velcro it on, David gave me a plastic and gave the other plates that I use two use, Jade sat next to me and helped me eat, Francis and William both eated normally whilst I ate (kind of purposly) getting food on me, I had the smallest porition of food and I finished near to last,
"Alright Henry you need a bath" Jade said smiling at me
"Mum, can I help him?" William wondered curiously smiling
"U- Uhh I do not see a problem with that," Jade replied with happily
Jade took the bib off my neck and brought me upstairs, Jade sat me down on the tolilet and began running the bath, I moved around on the tolilet. Jade whilst running the bath, Jade got out my potty my room, Jade pulled down my nappy pants and sat me down on the paw patrol themed potty, William walked into the bathroom and noticed me on the potty, I blushed a lot and began pooping and peeing in the potty,
"Well done Henry!" Jade said happily clapping her hands slowly and happily
After I had done, Jade poured down my potty into the tolilet and wiped down my bum, My bath was nearly done and Jade put some off my toys in the bathtub and soon got me in, I sat in the bathtub and moved around giggling and smiling, I splashed around in the bathtub, 10 minutes later I was got out of the bathtub, Jade wrapped me up in a towel whilst I was naked and began drying me in the bathroom, William began draining the bath water.
Jade brought me to my room and laid me down on a changing table whilst I was naked, Jade grabbed a Pampers Nighttime nappy pants, Jade got me into the nighttime nappy pants and I wiggled around a little bit adjusting it, Jade afterwards grabbed a romper what had short sleeves for my legs and arms, Jade pulled my legs threw and then pulled my arms threw,
"Henry, Do you want to watch some Paw Patrol?" Jade wondered
"Ywesh!" I replied with clapping my hands giggling
"Do you want to bring your blankie and blue bear?" Jade Wondered
"Ywesh Pweasee" I replied with happily
Jade grabbed my blanket and my blue bear what had a shaker in the middle, Jade brought me downstairs and I was sat down on the floor, I crawled around and put up my arms to Francis, Francis picked me up nervously and sat me down on his lap,
"Henry we are going to watch 10 minutes of Paw Patrol then story time" Olivia explained
Jade grabbed the TV remote and said 'paw patrol' into the TV remote, Jade put on the first episode of Paw Patrol, I clapped my hands and watched Paw Patrol for 10 minutes, It had been 10 minutes and Jade turned off the TV, Francis gave me over too Jade and Jade brought me upstairs into my bedroom, Olivia grabbed one of my peter rabbit books and I began wondering on what was going to happen. Olivia grabbed my pacifier off the side and I sucked on my pacifier, Jade began reading for around 5 minutes, and I was soon deep to sleep.
